1. How to Enter:
The PopeilFamilyStore.com Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") began on July 1, 2003 at 12:00:00 A.M., the first day of each month thereafter, and ends on the last day of each month at 11:59:59 P.M. ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes all times refer to Eastern Standard Time. All entries must be submitted online to PopeilFamilyStore.com by 11:59:59 P.M. on the last day of each month to be eligible for that month’s Sweepstakes. You may enter the sweepstakes by accessing http://www.PopeilFamilyStore.com ("Web Site") and click the “click here” bar on the Win a Free 3000T Rotisserie image.

Alternately, it is possible to enter through the mail by hand printing your name, address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers and e-mail address, if you have one, together with the words "PopeilFamilyStore.com Sweepstakes" on a 3-inch by 5-inch card. Do not fold the card. Place in an envelope and mail with the proper postage to: Popeil Family Store, 2046 Armacost Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90025. Incomplete, without proper postage, inaccurate or illegible responses will result in an invalid sweepstakes registration and will be voided. Limit one (1) Entry per person and/or per e-mail address limited to once per month.

Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of each month and received no later than the 15th day of the following month. Change of address policy: it is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sweepstakes Sponsor (Popeil Family Store, 2046 Armacost Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90025) in writing if the entrant changes his/her e-mail address, mailing address and other contact information provided at the time of the initial registration, regardless of whether entry was made online or by mail.

Any and all multiple entries by the same person in excess of the limits described herein will be disqualified. Proof of delivery or receipt of either method of entry will not be deemed by Sponsor to constitute proof of entry. Any other attempted form of entry is void.

2. Eligibility:
You are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes if you are:
(1) A US citizen or legal resident of the United States (or District of Columbia) and are physically located and residing in the U.S. (or D.C.) at all times during the Sweepstakes;
(2) Are 13 years old or older as of the day of entering Sweepstakes;
(3) Not an employee of Only The Best, Inc., Popeil Family Store or Showtime Productions and are not of the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) of such employees as well as advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of Sweepstakes, any agents acting for the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, and/or any other person or entity associated with Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not.
(4) A human being. Any use of electronic devices to enhance or alter your odds of winning will automatically disqualify you.

Void wherever prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor may require winners to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the e-mail addresses used to enter the Sweepstakes. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified. Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and there will be a new random drawing. Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

3. Drawing and Notification of Winner:
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by Lisa Popeil, CEO, Popeil Family Store. The drawing will be held on or about the 15th to 18th day of every month, until Sweepstakes is ended, from all eligible entries. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Potential winner (if from a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian) will be notified by phone, mail and/or email within approximately two (2) weeks of the drawing date. If no response, via mail, email or telephone, is received by Popeil Family Store within two (2) weeks after notification is provided or if the winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that person may be disqualified and a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries and the previous winner will forfeit any right to the prize.

4. Prize / Odds of Winning:
One (1) Prize will be given each month until Sweepstakes is ended: 3000T with Basic Accessory Package ($109.99 Value) will be awarded. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received. The Sponsor estimates that it will receive between 100 to 5000 entries, although the actual number of entries may be lesser or greater than the estimate provided. Winner is solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, or other taxes on prizes, as well as any and all expenses relative to participation in the Sweepstakes not specified herein. Prize will be shipped to U.S. addresses only.

5. Agreement to Official Rules:
By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

6. General Conditions:
Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Potential winner (winner's parent/legal guardian, if from a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor), must sign, execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively "Affidavit/Release"), within ten (10) days after receipt by potential winner or such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. If winner is from a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, prize will awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning entry. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor will not provide any personally identifying information of minors, regardless of its source, to any third party without the express written consent of entrant's parent/legal guardian. Except where prohibited by law, entry and/or acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use, without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity and without further compensation, for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation to online posting of winner's (if minor, winner's parent's/legal guardian's) name and address (city and state).

Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. No responsibility is assumed by Only The Best, Inc. or it’s subsidiaries for lost, late or misdirected entries or responses, miscommunications, problems with electronic transmissions, the internet, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or any injury or damage to any computer. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select the winner by random drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All submissions when received become the property of Popeil Family Store and will not be returned.

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sponsor determines at its sole discretion that the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes and conduct the drawing from all salvageable eligible entries received, if any. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning entry, the owner of the e-mail account may be deemed the entrant, at Sponsor's sole discretion.
