Return Policy

Popeil Family Store guarantees your 100% complete satisfaction with every purchase.
If not, just return the item to us and we will gladly replace it or issue a credit or refund on the products you are returning, no questions asked. Our Exchange & Return policies are outlined below.

Easy Exchange/Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift from Popeil Family Store,
you may:

  • Return for credit, refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase.
  • Please note: All Ronco products have a 30 day return policy, as requested by Ronco Corporation.

Credit and Refund Information

  • Credit/refund will be issued upon our receipt of returned merchandise, less shipping and handling.
  • If the return is stated by the customer to be in new condition, but discovered to be used upon return to our warehouse, the customer will be charged a handling/restocking fee of 5% of merchandise total.
  • New shipping charges will apply for exchange orders.
  • If you request a refund, we will refund using the original payment method within 24 hours of processing your return. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notifying you that your refund has been processed.
  • Refusal of shipment: If you have placed an order and decide to refuse it upon delivery, you will be refunded the product total and charged for the shipping fees both to and from our warehouse.

Incomplete, Incorrect and/or Damaged Orders

If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact a customer service representative immediately via email.

Popeil Family Store is not responsible for, nor will authorize a credit or refund in the event any damages result during the return shipment initiated by the customer.

  • Just repack the product(s) in the original packaging with the packing slip and follow these steps:
  • Contact us via email at customerservice@popeilfamilystore.com and we will send you your RMA number and the address to ship your return product.
  • Please write and/or affix the RMA to the product box so that it is easily identifiable. Include a note indicating if this is a return or exchange, the reason for returning, and if the item is new or used. If available, please also include your original order packing slip. (A copy will also be accepted)
  • Return your package via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail) or UPS.
